Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns and Refund Policy

Upon purchasing a product from Reno Spares, it is understood that the condition of the item is acknowledged. We encourage inspection before pickup or delivery. We reserve the right to accept returns solely at our discretion in the case of a change of mind. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the original purchase price will be applied.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy outlines the circumstances under which goods or services ("Goods") supplied by Reno Spares to a customer ("You") will be accepted for return. Sales of Goods by Reno Spares are subject to laws including the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL"). Our Goods come with guarantees under the ACL, providing entitlement to replacement, refund for major failures, compensation for foreseeable loss or damage, and repair or replacement for goods not of acceptable quality.

Assessment of Goods for Return

Reno Spares reserves the right to assess Goods for return, considering their condition and age, before acceptance. Goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase and in the same condition and completeness. Manufacturer assessment may be required, and Reno Spares will strive to facilitate this promptly.

Acceptance of Goods for Return

Goods will be accepted for return only after assessment and if they fail to meet consumer guarantees under the ACL or specific warranty terms provided by Reno Spares or the manufacturer.

Change of Mind Returns

Reno Spares does not accept returns due to changes of mind. Customers are urged to inspect goods before delivery. Return acceptance for a change of mind is solely at our discretion. Delivery fees are non-refundable, and customers bear return shipping costs along with a 20% restocking fee.

Procedure for Accepted Returns

For non-major failures, Reno Spares may repair, replace, or provide store credit. For major failures, customers may choose a refund, identical replacement, or similar replacement of the same value. Under express warranty, repair, replacement, or refund options are available as per warranty terms.

Repair of Goods

Goods returned for repair may result in data loss and may be replaced rather than repaired. Repairs will be carried out promptly in accordance with ACL provisions.

Online Sale Returns

Online purchases can be returned by contacting Reno Spares' online sales team for review and processing.

Prescribed Information Regarding Repair of Goods

Goods capable of retaining user-generated data may lose data during repair. Replacement of goods may occur instead of repair.

Statutory Rights Not Affected

This Returns Policy does not affect statutory rights under the ACL. In case of inconsistency, statutory rights prevail.
